Suns and Moons

The Sun and the Moon have long been the most popular planets, probably because they are the most visible to the naked eye. As a result, these planets have been central to most ancient cultures and religions, have had the most information written about them, and still get the most attention. They are also the planets that people who are new to astrology focus on the easiest and the most frequently.

And rightly so. In modern Astrology, the sun represents your ego structure, how you have learned to adapt to, respond to and react to what the world sends you. It also represents your perception of your relationship with your father. The Moon represents your heart: how you give and receive love. Everyone’s language of love is different, the Moon’s placement tells you about yours. It also represents your perception of your relationship with your mother.

What is listed on the left is some information about these two key planets, as well as some older blogs that are focused on them.
