Greetings and Happy Valentine’s Day!
Welcome to the first edition of my latest new venture. For those of you
who may not know, I have done a Holiday Shopping Guide for years and it
has been quite popular. Right off the bat people were asking for a Valentine’s
Day version, but I couldn’t figure out the right way to go about it.
The stumbling block for me has been that in Astrology, it is the moon placement that serves as the biggest
determiner in how someone gives and receives love. Because of that, for Valentine’s Day, the moon placement is
more important than the sun. But most people do not know their own moon sign, much less the moon sign of their
partner. So speaking to that seemed for a time to be impossible. Also complicating matters is the fact that
couples often celebrate Valentines Day very differently. Additionally, men and women frequently experience
Valentine’s Day very differently. Hence there is a high percentage of men who feel totally pressured to perform
and women who feel disappointed. It’s no wonder people were asking for a little help here.

When I was editing the Holiday Shopping Guide last year the solutions came to me. Actually, they came to Eric.
He suggested that I just make gift suggestions for the different signs. That way everyone can work with what
they know. He also suggested gift categories.
So here it is. This one has a very different format, and you will notice that the categories in each sign are
not exactly the some, but right now that only serves to illustrate the difference in priorities and perspectives
of each. While this one is very different, it has been just as fun to write. Let me know what you think - and how it
works for you and yours. And may it contribute to a blissful Valentine’s Day!
